Selita Ebanks and Pooch Hall are set to host this year’s “RIP THE RUNWAY” announced BET Networks today. This year’s show embodies the theme – “Fun, Freedom, Fashion” by embracing a crop of emerging designers, influencers and tastemakers. “RIP THE RUNWAY” will tape on Wednesday, February 29th, 2012 at the historic Hammerstein Ballroom in New York City and premiere on March 21st, 2012 @ 10 pm* on BET. “RIP THE RUNWAY” musical guests include Wale, Meek Mill, Jeremih, Diggy, B.o.B and more.

SUNDAY BEST Season 3 winner, Le’Andria Johnson. Johnson won a Grammy Award for Best Gospel/Contemporary Christian Music Performance for her 2011 single “Jesus” from her debut album “The Awakening of LeAndria Johnson” on the MusicWorld Gospel label. The single followed her win of BET’s gospel singing competition SUNDAY BEST.

SUNDAY BEST consists of a 12-week singing competition with gospel greats Kirk Franklin as host along with an all-star panel of judges including Mary Mary, Pastor Donnie McClurkin, and Yolanda Adams and mentor Kim Burrell. Viewers vote for their favorite contestant and ultimately decide who will be the season’s SUNDAY BEST.
