Rihanna Announces ‘Diamonds World Tour’ 2013
MTV Video Music Award winner Rihanna will be taking her stage act on the road with a just announced “Diamonds” world tour in 2013.
With dates revealed the tour will kick off March 8th; Organized by Live Nation, the trek follows Rihanna’s successful “Loud” world tour, which sold out venues including London’s O2 Arena. http://mtvvideomusicaward.blogspot.com
Rihanna’s previous tour, the extremely successful ‘LOUD TOUR’ solidified Rihanna’s status as one of the top female solo artists of this century. The LOUD tour grossed 90 million worldwide to become the 7th highest grossing tour of 2011 and included a historic 10 Sold Out concerts at London’s O2 Arena ; a first by a female solo artist,” reports Live Nation.
Tickets for this tour go on sale as early as September 14th
Rihanna gave fans a taste of what’s to come on the ‘Diamonds World Tour’ when performed “Cockiness” and her Hot 100 No. 1, “We Found Love” at 2012 VMAs; Rihanna took home an MTV Moonman when she won Video of the Year for the Melina Matsoukas directed video.
