MTV announced international sensation and five-time 2012 VMA nominee, Rihanna will heat up the “MTV Video Music Awards” stage with a performance like never before, LIVE from STAPLES Center on Thursday, September 6th at 8:00pm ET/PT.
Innovative “Best New Artist” nominee, Frank Ocean, makes his VMA debut to deliver the kind of performance that has made him one of the most buzzed about artists of the year. Additionally, The Wanted, Andy Samberg, Rashida Jones, 2 Chainz and Ke$ha have been added to the power player list of star VMA presenters which includes Miley Cyrus, Wiz Khalifa, Mac Miller and the “Fierce Five,” the U.S. Women’s Olympics Gymnastics Team that won the team gold medal at the 2012 Olympic Games. Hosted by comedian Kevin Hart, the “2012 MTV Video Music Awards” will also feature previously announced performers Taylor Swift, Green Day, P!nk, Alicia Keys and One Direction.
