PRESENTERS ANNOUNCED FOR THE AMERICAN MUSIC AWARDS 2013, AIRING LIVE SUNDAY, NOVEMBER 24th AT 8 PM ET/PT ON ABC

dick clark productions has announced the presenters for the “2013 American Music Awards.” This year’s roster includes a mix of actors, musicians, athletes and reality stars, including: 2 Chainz, Akon, Jaimie Alexander, Marc Anthony, Kristen Bell, Michael Bolton, Ciara, Chris Daughtry, Fall Out Boy, Nathan Fillion, Daisy Fuentes, Juan Pablo Galavis, Dave Grohl, Jennifer Hudson, Joan Jett, Heidi Klum, Lady Antebellum, Bill Maher, Andrew McCutchen, Maia Mitchell, Kelly Osbourne, Hayden Panettiere, Jeremy Renner, Nicole Richie, Naya Rivera, Emma Roberts, Zoe Saldana, Sarah Silverman, Alicia Silverstone, Taylor Swift, and The Ceremonies, as well as Shark Tank cast members – Daymond John, Mark Cuban, Kevin O’Leary, Robert Herjave – in addition to some surprise appearances.

2013 American Music Awards will broadcast live from the NOKIA Theatre L.A. LIVE on SUNDAY, NOVEMBER 24th 8:00-11:00 p.m., ET/PT on the ABC.

Artists will be honored in the genres of Pop/Rock, Country, Rap/Hip-Hop, Soul/R&B, Alternative Rock, Adult Contemporary, Latin, Contemporary Inspirational, Electronic Dance Music, as well as categories for Top Soundtrack, New Artist of the Year Presented by Kohl’s, Artist of the Year, and for the first year-ever, “Single of the Year.” Voting has closed for all categories except Best New Artist presented by Kohl’s which ends at 9:00 p.m., ET during the show on November 24th. Preceding the ABC broadcast for the 5th consecutive year will be the “Coca-Cola Red Carpet LIVE! @ The 2013 AMAs” pre-show hosted by Lance Bass, Jordin Sparks, Zendaya, Jenna Ushkowitz, Rosie Pierri, Colbie Caillat, Ted Stryker, Jonathan Cheban, Aimee Song, Bonnie McKee and Jake Owen, who is this year’s Dodge Brand correspondent. This year’s pre-show performers will include Kurt Hugo Schneider, Jabbawockeez, Jesse McCartney, Fifth Harmony and Aloe Blacc. Live coverage will stream online for fans worldwide starting at 5:00 p.m., ET / 2:00 p.m., PT on November 24 and for the first time will be available on Yahoo.com, this year’s official digital distributor of the American Music Awards Experience. Rihanna To Receive First American Music Awards Icon Award And Will Perform Live For their 41st celebration, the American Music Awards have created a lifetime achievement honor the Icon Award. It has been created to, “honor an artist whose body of work has made a profound influence over pop music on a global level.” The first recipient will be Rihanna. The show’s producer Larry Klein says, “Rihanna’s iconic and innovative sound has enabled her to become one of the most influential and best-selling artists of all time.”

Rihanna has won six American Music Awards in the past and she is nominated four times this year. She will also perform live at the event broadcast live on ABC TV November 24, 2013. Her appearance on Eminem’s new hit single “The Monster” is Rihanna’s 25th top 10 pop hit.

Christina Aguilera, A Great Big World and Ariana Grande to Perform at American Music Awards Arianna Grande and a duet featuring Christina Aguilera and A Great Big World have been added to the lineup for the American Music Awards on Sunday.

Katy Perry, Jennifer Lopez, TLC, Lady Gaga, Justin Timberlake, Macklemore, Ryan Lewis, One Direction, Ke$ha, Pitbull, Imagine Dragons, Kendrick Lamar, Luke Bryan, Florida Georgia Line,
and Miley Cyrus will as well take the stage on November 24th
